The session started with greeting the students. The students were made to do guided meditation along with breathing exercise. The students were asked to say one word that comes to their mind when they think about the upcoming festival “Tihar”. Some said lights, some said good food, some deusi bhailo and many other. All the participants were very excited for the upcoming festival. They were very excited to draw and paint today. They were asked to draw the first thing that comes to their mind, when they think about the festival. They started creating the art. They requested to play a music related to do the festival. They were humming the music and were drawing. It looked a very happy space and looked as if the festival was being celebrated there. The participants even said they felt like they were making rangoli in their home. It was like nostalgic feeling to create the art, bringing old memories and hoping to create new memories.
